BOOKING PROCESS
1. First, browse our online inventory & send me an email.
2. Next, you will receive a personal response via email with item availability,
a quote for your desired items/services & answers to any questions.

3. Upon your confirmation, I will send you a contract & invoice to book items/services.
Please note: Items/services are not reserved until you sign the contract AND pay your invoice (no holds).

4. I will contact you two weeks before your event date to schedule delivery & pick-up.
​
5. Items/services will be delivered on the scheduled date.
At the end of the event, items will be picked up or returned as arranged.
MAY I SEE THE ITEMS IN PERSON?
At this time, Haven Decor is exclusively based at home. Visits to view the items in person
are not available as the items are kept safe in storage. Alternatively, I would be happy
to share more photos of the items that you're interested in, if you wish.
